Listener Focus Pack

The Listener Focus Pack is the best way for non-commercial broadcasters to learn, in detail, about listeners' radio habits so that you have critical information to help serve your audience better.   The Listener Focus Pack requires purchase of the Primary Pack and includes:

  • LISTENER BEHAVIOR REPORT (LBR) - An in-depth examination of your listeners and how they use your station, and others.   The information is presented with narrative explanations, tables and graphs.   It includes Time Spent Listening, and shows what percentage of all radio listening is spent with you (Loyalty), Listener Tune-in and Tune-out (by quarter hour, for the entire week) and Listener Distribution by Zip Code.   Some key information is shown in trends, which allows you easy comparison to previous survey data.
  • ListenerPC3 - RRC's software works together with the LBR so you can probe listener behavior in custom dayparts and/or, individual weeks, and lets you create trends over time.   And it's easy to export your custom reports to other software applications.   Data are limited to non-commercial stations' only.
  • PD ADVANTAGE (Optional) - Learn in great detail about your own listeners and all of your competition using Arbitron's simple to use software for commercial and non-commercial radio.   Look at things like your station's "Vital Signs," first choice (P1) and P2 listeners to you and the competition, how often your listeners tune in and how long they stay, your audience's Zip Codes at work and home, and much more.   See what the audience is saying about you and the competition: look at actual diary comments on your desktop without traveling to Arbitron's Columbia, MD facility.
  • TAPSCAN (Optional) - This Arbitron software allows you to analyze market report data and create Reach and Frequency studies to help you develop optimally effective underwriting plans.
