Joanne Church has been affiliated with RRC since its inception in 1981. In 2005, she became the President of RRC.  She also oversees the production process of RRC Product Packages that Arbitron subscribers purchase.

Joanne graduated from Trinity College, in Washington, DC with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. Before the RRC, Joanne worked for the Arbitron Company for ten years doing a variety of tasks including systems design, and Manager of Production and Radio Market Reports.

Joanne is mother of two sons and a cat named Max.  She is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to baseball and basketball. Joanne vacations at her Idaho homestead on Jughandle Mountain in McCall, ID.
