Carol joined the RRC in 1997 as Office Manager, responsible for invoicing, bookkeeping and general office administration.

Carol's previous work experience includes accounting, order processing, contract administration and management positions with various information providers including Bechtel Information Services, Disclosure and Interealty.  Carol graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1982.

Carol lives in Damascus, Maryland with her husband, Gary, and sons Matthew and Steven.
